Hey there from Daniel!

Hello, my name is Daniel Giron. I'm 24 years old and I'm from Los Angeles, CA. I have been practicing art for most of my life doing traditional drawing & painting, but I'm also tech savvy since I grew up around computers, I first played with photoshop when I was 10 years old. I've always been fascinated with film & effects, but until I discovered matte painting I knew I wanted to persure it as career. I'm currently finishing my last year of my BFA program at the Academy of art in San Francisco, and I feel very confident with my artistic & technical skills in matte painting. I've done some freelance matte painting work & I taught a workshop on projection mapping in maya at the academy. I'm currently applying for internships and thinking of moving to London after graduation, I'm looking to polish my skills to a professional level. looking forward to the workshop!
