Hi Lorenzo!
I like the second one a bit more than the first. Keeping a bit more saturation helps a lot, and the hard shadows are far more justified with the sunlit sky that you have in the second image. Some areas look like they could do with a bit more work on the textures, and some extra elements to help sell the scale would be good (are those windows on the building in the background?), but it's a cool piece of work, nice one!

what do you suggest me in order to reach this giant scale effect?
yes, you're right. taller buildings are the only cg elements, that's why they look so "boxy". I just started putting textures & windows.
